Amazing Trip!
To be fair, it was the low season but we received amazing attention from the staff. At check-in, the boat was ready early. The staff was responsive to anything we noticed regarding the boat. When we had trouble starting the outboard motor, they replaced the top half of the engine and it did well all week. We were told upfront that the watermaker wasn't working but that the charter company would cover any water costs on the trip. When we forgot to top of the dingy fuel before we left, the company refunded us the small amount we spent at a marina to cover our inconvenience. We chartered the Bali 4.3 MY Jasmine. Certainly has some scuffs on the hull but the rest of the boat and the interior were great.
